It is the first time I used Hawera AutoCity for servicing my car. Staff are polite, friendly, very professional and helpful. Was pleased and impressed especially how they were handling things as it was Level 3 of lockdown. Will definitely go back and highly recommend!
Would have given them 5 stars but the finance side of the transaction was a bit lapsing. Should have done the finance check before everything else......instead of at the end!

Great experience all round. Had reminder that service due. Easy booking process, Friendly reception from front desk and promise to contact when vehicle ready for collection. Two hours later as promised vehicle ready for collection and washed. Reasonable rates too.. Well done Auto City team.
