Almost impossible to deal with the office staff and nurses... There is no company around that would survive such disgusting service and treatment of their clientele..... Constant trouble renewing scripts in the way they've said is acceptable i.e email/script line.. It's tiresome and insulting being treated the way we are here.

There's always a 2-3 weeks wait. And even for that, the nurses decide whether or not you need to see the doctor. And a lot of times the doctor you see is not actually a doctor but a nurse working as a GP. Quite terrible that such relatively big town doesn't have enough GPs. Very disappointing.
Terrible. Rude office staff. Will not call you back when you leave messages as you're told to. I'm struggling to breath with my asthma and for 2 days, these doctors that have my money in credit.. Can't or won't do their damn job. Worst doctors iv been to.
Awesome hauora that is iwi owned and operated and provided for our people. It's a privilege to be accepted at this health service not a right. The nurses and doctors work hard to service our community. Go else where if you're not happy.
Rude Receptionist. Poor customer service from Maori Receptionist. Said they don't have doctors working there when i went for new registration. Been there previously for myself, excellent nurses and doctors. Receptionists should read and study their job description before they open their mouth. A matter to be considered as business might go down just because of the receptionists. My friend works as a nurse in another Gp practise and she shared information that patients are upset and angry when they actually come before doctors and nurses, because they have already gone through bad and rude behaviour from the receptionists. Gone are those days when receptionists welcome the customers with warm smile. Sucks!!! Really!
Receptionist was horrible the first day I went to sign up. After getting to know them they are all lovely. Very hard to get a booking
Never answer the phones or reply to voice messages. Shocking. Going by the reviews I am amazed nothing has been done
