Very grumpy and horrible staff that will wreck your day. Also quite untrained and don't know much about NZ Post's services. If you can post/courier elsewhere, I would definitely not go here.

Terrible Service on the Post Office Side, 3 people behind counter, 11 people in line and only one person serving.
Hawera nz post old lady tried to sell me a more expensive parcel package and wouldn't sell me a stamp was a rude person so beware she will try convince you to spend more on a parcel
They do ok but recently I messaged them on face book and told them I needed to redirect the package and told them the address and when they finally delivered it it still went to the address it wasn't ment to go to then I messaged them again and they said that it's already delivered and by my thinking they didnt wanna get it again and so I believe they dont pass the whole message on to the delivery guy and he end up delivering it to the wrong address in hasting hawk'sbay so iv just lost 100 on that package and have given up on it
