Our family mouse had a horrible experience with a cat claw and the results was a frightened half alive mouse. My children were in hesterics. And i had put our mouse in a container with some bedding. As i was balling my eyes out. We all hopped in the car and took mouse to the vet. As we stood in line with mouse in the container the very caring, approachable, respectful and professional vet nurse listened to us inbetween sobs. This interaction allowed my son to see that even mouse is worthy of respect. We both walked out in tears. Leaving mouse behind..but my son believes you took the mouses pain away. Thankyou for creating a memory of respect..

We take our German Shepherd here, the staff are great and booking in a dog to see the vet is easier and quicker than booking a human in to see the doctors!
