I was very disappointed in the 3 cheese grated Italian blend of Mozzarella, Cheddar & Parmesan cheeses. Too much Cheddar cheese, and very coarsely grated. I prefer the softer mix of Perfect Italiano Pizza Cheese or the Aldi Pizza blend. I won't be buying Dairyworks cheese again. Judith

Hi i bought a 5 kg pack of your mozzarella cheese from Gilmours in Constellation Dr Auckland 2 weeks ago. Was there something wrong with this particular batch? ( Best before 29April19 18302 18:34 ) As we run a childcare centre I often make pizza for the children's lunch and usually buy your Rolling meadow mozzarella cheese which is good and the children love it. But this batch of mozzarella cheese was terrible and did not go down well with the children. Thought I'd just let you know that you have some unhappy customers.
