Please do not sharp your knife here especially if it is expensive knife.I am professional chef and wanted to sharp my knife, i kindly mention before I give my knife that's it is very expensive Japanese hand made knife and he said it is OK.as soon as I get my knife back I knew it I made a big mistake.my knife was not even cutting a tomato .... then I ask the number of the shop owner cause he needs to know what happen and he gave me his manager number.i ended up going there 4 times to find a owner but no luck .manager did my knife at the end, and it looked OK but the damage was done at first time.unfourtunately my knife is dead.so I am very upset I trust at the beginning.please DO NOT SHARP YOUR KNIFE HERE.

Absolutely wonderful friendly service received by the lovely gentleman at this store. He did an amazing job of engraving a designer watch I was gifting. Such beautiful work that added to the value of the watch. I couldn't praise him enough.
