We regularly use Kaiapoi Florist for our bouquets for staff gifts at work. The staff at Kaiapoi Florist are great to deal with, ordering online or a phone order with specific instructions. The flowers are always fresh and beautifully wrapped.

This shop delivered my BD flower from my husband to wrong address in the past. Shop said they delivered there, but wrong house said they haven't received it. I didn't receive it on my BD in anyways. The shop delivered very small flower next day after my husband complained, but A person from the shop who delivered it had no apology and was unfriendly, far from that she looked annoyed even though we haven't done nothing wrong. The flower looked much smaller than what my husband was expected and paid. We think this shop should search delivery address with google map and ask name who receives flower as professional, so they can't make mistake. My husband is kiwi (native English speaker) and he ordered with right address and flower got missing is not our fault at all! . It was not nice for us to feel very uncomfortable feeling on my BD. My husband has been buying flowers from this shop sometime, but he stopped since that. We though it was lovely local florist in the past, but very disappointed managing for someone's special day. My husband sent it as surprise, I didn't even know about that until he came home and asked me if I received it. It means flower can get missing without sender and receiver realize if they didn't talk about that.
30 beautiful red roses delivered by Kaiapoi florist for the 30th Wedding Anniversary. Hubby and wife in different countries with the Covid borders in existence yet these flowers made it on time :-) Even a flower each for each daughter. Thank you Kaiapoi florist for making our day extra special.
tried to get into your store today with my husband who uses a wheelchair, got through the doorand had to back out...no room to move, your assistant tried to move a concret ornament which didnt make any difference to access, your loss. Nothig has changed since Christmas when I was recovering from surgery and needed gifts, your then assistant was too busy chatting to one other customer for more than 10 minutes without even acknowledgement of me standing at the counter, I left. Nothing changed. We'll spend our money elsewhere. No recommendation from me.
