Awesome fish n chips - some of the best I have had. I tried their gurnard and the batter was thin and crispy. Chips were crunchy and tasty. They offer vinegar for the chips, which isn’t common in New Zealand. They also had a “spicy salt” that was really good on both the fish and chips. Very affordable prices. Just a great, small, local, fish n chip shop.

Been coming here for quite a while, always delicious. Yesterday I ordered a Fish Burger and my life has been changed. It was the most delicious thing I have ever eaten. Perfectly cooked fish, delicious fresh vegetables, perfect bun. Try the fish burger, add cheese. You will NOT be disappointed.
Good grub, line usually goes out the door and if you're eating in it's a bit scuzzy
Still a favorite, a scoop of chips was massive, the fish wasnt oily...crispy batter tasted fresh clean and yummy toilets were clean and tidy

The Snapper and oysters were great! Good batter and nicely seasoned. Our chips were not the freshest but they were still gladly consumed.
Very good experience. Was insanely busy and was told a half hour wait but wasn't quite that long. Also very happy they have a dedicated fryer and prep area for gluten free. My friends were stoked. Well run.
Totally enjoyed, as far as the wait no big deal, went for a walk, watched the fishing boats come and go, had a cool chat with some bird watchers perhaps next time I will do a phone order so not to waste a minute of my precious life is spent waiting....cheers to busy staff...
