A great kiwi operation. I stayed on site in my RV...safe,secure and quiet. Carl really made our stay special...I asked for so many bits and pieces ( probably too many ) but Carl was so helpful and sorted everything. Carl also gave AMAZING comments/ commentary whilst couriering us back to Kaikohe base.
Good service and transportation on the cycle trail. Not so sure about the bicycle mounting situation on the trailer, it puts a lot of bending moment into the front rim during transport.
We got these guys to just transfer us and the bikes as the accomodation was booked out. From Kaikohe is the best place to ride the Trail, cycling downhill both days in opposite directions. Jade came and picked us up both days and at 30 per head for a special trip for 2 persons that's very reasonable. These guys have lovely vans and specialised bike trailers. I will definitely use these guys again when I come and ride the Trail for a second time. I think this is one of the better trails around, such diversity.

Donald Trump had a true saying about a place like this No kitchen cooking facilities nor basin to wash dishes. Stay away
