Good product when done correctly. They were recommended to us by a friend but we were warned about the possibility of errors etc as that had been our friends experience. Our experience was mostly good, the bifold door was great, but they did muck us around with incorrect quotes, incorrect information, and that ended up causing us unnecessary stress and increased costs. Was very disappointed by that, considering we had them do a few different things for us. Better customer service would be good. Our advice is to check, check and double check before accepting and paying for any quotes.
