Our daughter is a member of this dojo. I can’t say enough about how much this karate school has been a positive influence on not only her, but on our family. There are very few places in this world that practice what they teach, but Seido does an amazing job of not only teaching karate but also helping students to learn how to learn. If you are looking to experience karate please consider this place.

Excellent traditional martial arts training dojo. Family friendly environment, caters from the complete novice thru to expert levels. Free training for a month available to those that want to give it a go! Additional cardio/HIIT fitness classes also available several times during the week.

An inclusive environment that galvanises physical and mental learning. Discipline is perfectly balanced with kindness and empathy. I recently joined Seido Karate, having enviously watched my son from the sidelines. We now share another interest and attend some classes together even though he has progressed to a blue belt. The teachers are inspiring and lead by example. I love hearing everyone's back stories/challenges and how they got to where they are today. What I find humbling is they all remember how hard the journey can be, however if you dig deep, use your grit and determination they embody what you can achieve! I am woman here me roar...no, that was my Kiai! OSU.
