Over priced, filthy dirty, damages all throughout, dodgey weirdos hanging around, owner is nowhere to be seen staff are rude besides the cleaning lady, holes in walls, for 190 a night would expect alot more, no good for long stays would not recommend staying here to anyone better off sleeping in your car. Anyone who rated this place above 1 to 2 stars is lying or never stayed in a average to decent motel before, be aware not to come here.

Budget 2star accommodation... Clean mostly, just don't look up. Very untidy gardens and lawns. Weeds everywhere. Room service, what's that. Had to ask for linen to be changed more than once. Don't leave valuables in units as the rooms are left open to all and sundry...... Maybe ok for business project that requires staying away but not really recommended. Sadly, you do get used to the main road and fridge noise if you stay here long enough.... Very budget!!
If I could give no starts I would. Owner is so disrespectful in so many ways. Rooms smell off urine in the carpet and beds I have taken pictures and vedio evidence of rooms for winz who pays her 1050 for accommodation. No heating no cooling she goes into rooms. The mold is black. Tho oven plus stove doesn't work. She a thief took room 1ns fridge she brought and hid it. I'm disgusted glad to see the back of this place caused me nothing but grief. And I'm leaving cause she got mad at me for telling the police she did the crime. Cause I saw it with my own eyes. Shocking
Spacious unit, friendly host, reasonable rate, handy location under new management with more improvement expected. My best recommendation in Katikati LOL.
This motel was opened in 1972...whilst this could mean a quaint stroll down memory lane in regard to the decor...sadly this motel appears to also last been cleaned in the 70s. In addition to the mould on the ceilings and in the shower, I had the pleasure of crying windows, musty cupboards, dust bunnies of gigantic proportions and filthy floors, skirtings and ceilings. The resident spider was friendly and very well established...however the huge cockroach in the shower was not as welcome. The owners were pleasant and real milk was a nice touch. A big positive was that the bedding and towels were clean and a crisp white. The motel has good bones and with some serious elbow grease and some cheap and cheerful paint could be a niche retro stop for travellers.
Clean, tidy good communication with owners great place for a quick stop in and rejuvenate.
Very good, helpful and friendly service. Some motels you have to share bathrooms and kitchens which I have a problem with but here you have your own.
Good staff flexible as we had other friends unexpectedly come and stay so they accommodated for this and us extra vehicles one family sized room it was good homey
