Chris went out of his way to help me with an electrical problem in my motorhome which turned out to be really simple to fix. He dropped what he was doing to look at it on the spot for me as I was in a hurry. Polite, friendly and professional, I highly recommend these guys.
Northern Auto offer brilliant service and a can-do attitude. I was almost ready to declare my older Mazda MPV written off after two garages in Waihi said they didn't have the expertise to fix a WOF issue with the rear sliding doors, and a garage in Mount Maunganui provided a quote of over 4,000 to resolve the issue. I took the car to Northern Auto and they took on the challenge, fixing the issue for a fraction of the price of what it would have cost anywhere else. Thanks guys!
