Spider was lovely to deal with, very kind and compassionate when we came to see our daughter in law's car after her accident. He told us how to find the crash site and so we were able to recover more of her belongings. I highly recommend Hauraki Towing

Ring Spider, complete jerk. Organized with him for us to drive over from Rotorua to meet him at his tow yard to pick belongings up out of my car which was involved in a head on collision. He allowed us to. Met us there and was nasty! His reason because it was a public holiday. Asked him a question about if we are able to take the battery as it doesnt belong to the car and instead of just saying no he was nasty. Started to close his gate on my whole my partner was standing next to him still. Screw your public holiday mate, we were just involved in a head on collision!
