We've been using BOIPM for 5 years and have no reservations at all about giving them 5 Stars and have recommended Liz and her team multiple times. Her best line is 'I don't want any drama's’ and she works very hard (back ground checking etc) to ensure she, and therefore we, don't have any. She won't put you in a dipstick landlords house, nor will she put a dipstick tenant in your house, because she doesn't deal with dipsticks - simple. So, If you're not a dipstick and you're looking for the services of an excellent property management team - pick this one.
I have been dealing with Liz for 2.5 years we have two properties that she looks after for us. This would be one of the BEST rental property management company's to deal with. Liz looks after both homes for us they were brand new when Liz starting looking after them she has VERY high standards this is the company to trust looking after your investment properties.

I had the pleasure of renting a property from Liz food and her team. Liz as a person is genuinely one of the nicest people I have met. She is friendly, very personable and approachable. Professionally I found Liz fantastic. Great at communicating, prompt at addressing issues, and she genuinely shows interest and care for her tenants. Nothing is too much trouble.
