Couldn't say enough about the fantastic help from the staff and vet. Arrived at Kerikeri from AK for a family funeral at the family homestead . Unfortunately our young Jack Russell (SID) Tackled with a vehicle Tyre parking in the yard during the service. He's very lucky to be here still. Great vets. Animals enjoy going there.
I took my nephews lamb here and he was in a condition of 50/50 they took him in immediately without talking about money first which for me showed their passion and care for animals. They saved his life and i so appreciate them. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. Great people.
Couldn't be a better experience. From the Nurse that welcomed us, to the Nurse that handed our baby back to us, and everyone in between. These professionals truly love animals. Even the statement "Can you see your Mommy?" from the wonderful Nurse whom brought our baby out, shows how much they care about the animals patients. Worth the drive from Whangarei. Thank you so much.
The vet that handled my porsharose(shitzhu) was fabulous. She cared for her with gentleness as it was our first visit. Very thorough with all diagnosis an for once porsharose was calm in herself an lapped up the treats given which showed in its self she was comfortable while there. Thankyou for a wonderful 1st visit an there will be other visits
