Really nice venue and great location. The meals were not that good really priced around 30 for a main but not up to what you would expect for that price. Service was fine, prompt and efficient.

The food here has levelled up. Salmon was perfectly cooked and the hollindaise sauce had a hint of curry (?) which was unique and super yum.
Nice place, good service at the start of evening that declined to inattentive service at the end of the evening to the point we ordered drinks and food at the bar. Staff nice, helpful, just busy and not quite enough of them for the number of guests. Average food, nothing wrong at all with it just good. All in all we'd go back but increasing staffing would let the busy staff provide better service.

Very friendly local pub, generous food with a slightly Indian theme, though the flavours play it safe for Kiwis. The staff here are always willing to try and find space for you even if they're really busy. We arrived 10 minutes before lunch ended and the chef was totally happy to keep the kitchen open till we were served. Carpark very handy, though usually full. Great community engagement with their Sunday night charity quiz.
Better experience than my previous visit, happy attentive staff makes the difference.
