Oh my, why has it taken so long for me to write a review... I recommend this place to all who either wish to get or stay fit and learn useful self defense techniques. Master Glenn is a true professional at what he does and of course, teaching Tae Kwon Do. In a short while you'll be adjusted to everything and meet wonderful people that you train with. Discipline is of course key as you need to follow all the steps carefully to benefit. Had some great times there, keen to return soon! Thank you so much Master Glenn, much appreciated!
