We completed the Great Southern Circuit with Escape by Cycle in January 2021. Loved all the accommodation. Loved the variety. Very impressed overall. Food was A. There was no limit as to what we wanted. Loved it all. Nibbles and sweets aplenty. Lunches were fresh and yummy. Our different eating needs/likes considered. The bikes, vehicles and equipment: A My bike was great. Killed the hills. :) Van was always clean. Everything got adjusted, fixed, oiled where necessary. Our tour guide: A All of the above made perfect because he made sure everything went well and we didn't have to think about anything. He treated us all like queens. Very respectful, honoured our differences, was fun to be with and yet stepped away when appropriate. He really made sure everything was perfect for us all. We were very lucky to have such great caring guides. The overall package – A I would do it all again tomorrow. I felt it was expensive before I left but I think it was worth every cent. There was no expense spared. Thanks so much for making this whole two week biking experience one that we will always remember. Maryanna Casey
I did the Cycle and Yoga combo tour. It was absolutely everything you could wish for and more. Fantastic guide and yoga instructor. Epic scenery and lovely variety of yoga sessions and workshops. Accommodation and meals were wonderful. Cycling trails were out of this world. Would highly recommend!
We did the Alps to Ocean ride last week. It was superbly organised by Escape by Cycle and was the best cycle ride that we have done. I highly recommend the Escape by Cycle team.
Absolutely amazing tour and great experience. I enjoyed every single moment. Breath taking views, comfortable and unique accommodation, tasty food, lots of laughter and totally positive atmosphere. Cycling was greatly combined with yoga, making me feel active and relaxed in perfect balance, I felt like exercising to relax. Beautiful Ian's and Karen's personalities created absolutely worm, kind and relaxing atmosphere in our group. We recently did the Alps to Ocean with Ian and crew, the trip from start to finish was amazing. The bikes were great, the food and accommodation were first class. We were so happy with our experience with Escape by Cycle that we have already booked another trip in April. Thanks Ian and team.
They do the planning - you just ride your e-bike. Great food, accommodation and variety along the way. Guides are friendly and helpful with good clear instructions. Totally recommend - have done three trips so far!
Around the mountain Clutha combo. An amazing trip organised to perfection. Guided by Richard who made sure we were all well looked after at every moment. Fantastic accommodation and the Scenery some of the best we have seen. Great bikes and back up. Thanks for an amazing trip to Ian and his team
