Have sat on a delivery due for Christmas from the 14th. Failed to deliver despite being chased numerous times by the supplier. Ruined Christmas. Avoid like coronavirus if you need something delivered on time. Not a one off - took them 3weeks to get something to us from Tauranga. Only gave them one star as I could give them less.

I rang Mainfreight Thames inquiring about re-locating a dining set & John said he would ring me back, which he did within a few minutes with a price, John was clearly busy but still spent the time to help in his polite manner. ( the table sold so didn’t require the job done) but thank you.
Fantastic friendly service
Fast consistent deliveries. Help office staff and drivers. Considering the sizes of the items they deliver they are usually faster than your typical courier services. Highly recommended. I wish they could deliver all of my items.
