Lovely cottage with beautiful garden, Samantha is really friendly and nice to us. Kid love animals so much, already start missing Albert and Ben.
From the day we contacted Samantha untill the day we left.Samantha always made sure she got back to us quick. Really nice to deal with. Beautiful little cottage.1 room but i believe you can fit 10 people in there. My Wife and I plus our 4 kids fit in room easily and comfortably. Is really private.Has all you need in house.Outside is just amazing.Loved waking up to the farm view and the mountains and animals just on the other side of the fence.Kids loved it and loved feeding animals. Wifi in and out as expected on farm but a positive as it got us and kids off the gadgets and enjoy us time together. Only 10mins away from Taupo town centre and Huka falls. Will return one day and will recommend to friends and family. Thank Taupo Farm Lodge for making our stay comfortable. Cheers
Our family had a delightful stay here! Sam and family were so kind and thoughtful. The property is beautiful from the sunrises to the stars at night. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.
Delightful cottage - comfortable beds, dishwasher, all necessary equipment and the nicest of hosts. Thanks Samantha for a great 4 days in a home away from home. The children loved feeding Possum the pig and the alpacas and your beautiful horses who came up to the fence for a chat. If possible .. we'll be back.
Outstanding place for a getaway. Well equipped and comfortable. ..including a log burner with dry firewood supplied. The views are brilliant and the pet farm animals are adorable. Sam is a fantastic host and her hubby Darren is a real kiwi farmer type bloke ( rare these days). Only a few minutes drive into Taupo I would thoroughly recommend this holiday cottage to all.
Lovely tranquil cottage, in a beautiful garden with gorgeous rural views and only 10 minutes from Taupo and all the attractions. Samantha was a lovely host and thought of everything. The cottage was so clean and comfy. It was a wonderful stay and would be great for kids.
Our stay was excellent! The place is very cozy equipped with all the needed facilities. Surrounded by magnificent view of the nearby hills and many friendly farm animals that we can feed! Our host samantha is knowledgeable and super friendly, we got to learn a lot after chatting with her! The farm lodge is a quick 10-15min drive to the town, but yet a great place for a getaway from the citylife.
