Clean and tidy. Welcomed after our journey. Our room was spotless, comfortable bed and toilet and shower close by (we stayed in the back packers). The price is reasonable. The kitchen has everything you need. There is a dining room and lounge. Has a good atmosphere. Would stay here again.

Fantastic location, garden space, kitchen and lounge. I felt so at home, has awesome character. Very clean and tidy. Definitely will stay here again. Everything about it, is just awesome.

Very clean and organized. Joana and Richard are lovely hosts and there's plenty of animals around that you can pet and feed. However, for the price, you'd expect it to be slightly more comfortable, specially being located in a super cold region. Heather was very weak (or old) and didn't work well and there weren't enough blankets available (we didn't ask for more because it was super late at night, I believe they would have provided more blankets if required).

I won’t recommend this place for anyone who would like to have a peaceful night. The staff took us to a room next to the shower room, and we BARELY could sleep in the night! Although we saw there was a little sign next to the sinks, but no one cared! We felt really uncomfortable as the staff has already known this problem and didn’t inform us. I really want to rate one star, however we met a friendly staff called Tiffany. She showed us around and gave us some trip information advices. But I think I won’t consider this place for the next travel accommodation

Quirky yet charming backpackers with lovely gardens, simple rooms and amenities but all were clean and tidy. Cute animal menagerie out the back.

Clean and comfortable. Was a plus having animals to pat. Also a great shetered spot, when winds blowing a gale lakeside,tailormade was calm.
