Short queues and super friendly staff. No wonder they won service awards. Good selection of pools for kids and adults. Great to see health and safety has not restricted the ability to jump and dive into the kids pool. They had a great time
A wonderful place to spend a chilly afternoon with a beautiful view. The top pool being adults only is lovely and peaceful, but the bottom ones are great to sit back with a book. Highly recommend the extra few dollars for the sauna and steam room... a jump in the plunge pool is a highlight!

The hot pools are great, it's nice that they have three different temperatures of pools. Very relaxing and comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. We also went on the nighttime star gazing tour at the pools. It was absolutely incredible! The guide was very clever, funny, and friendly. Seeing the star clusters through the telescopes was awesome, and then lying back and relaxing in the underwater hammocks in the pools while the guide told us cultural stories about constellations was so dreamy. Would highly recommend both the pools and the stargazing tour, especially for couples.
Very clean and relaxing. Beautiful environment. For some reason I thought this would be a mineral hot springs. I think it’s fresh, chlorinated water, but crystal clear. You can choose from a variety of pools with different temperatures. If you’re in the mood to poach yourself in some warm water while looking out over gorgeous natural scenery, this is a great option.
Had lots of fun in the hot pools of Tekapo Springs over a couple of winters. Very peaceful and relaxing if you visit in off-peak periods. A number of hot pools to try out.
A beautiful, scenic place to either relax solo or have a fun day with the family. Staff are always kind and professional, facilities are beautiful and kept very tidy. Good vibe all around. They also have a nice little cafe with a solid selection and decent quality food. Overall 10/10. Have fun
