The Cabins that we stayed in were beautiful, clean and tidy (what would make it 100% perfect is if the deck was slightly longer to put the table & chair they supply you on and then that space inside they could put a very small cupboard for clothes etc. Had to keep all the bags with food over the floor(BUT) That's not a big problem! We loved the cabin and would definitely go again, but rather stay in the full self catering rooms, we had a look at those and absolutely worth the extra ! The whole park is neat and clean including the toilets and showers. The communal kitchen and dinning area is very neat and clean. Alan was very friendly and park guests where so friendly We will definitely be coming back! We even had the please of two beautiful Oriental kitties so it felt like home

Friendly hosts, clean, quiet and convenient shops and restaurant/bar just around the bend. Great for water activities!! Will definitely visit again!!

Perfect for starting your adventure in your campervan. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and they are ready to answer all your questions. The bathrooms are very clean and the showers are nice and hot. For 10 a day you can even wash your clothes. There is also a kitchen on the premises, so you don't have to do your cooking in your van if you don't want to. There is a lounge you can hang out in with some nice couches. You can also find a lot of brochures there with things to do in the neighborhood. The total cost for our van with 3 people, power and bathrooms included was 50. Worth every cent!

Great stay for our last minute mission, comfy and well set up. I want to take the bed with me such a good sleep. Not ideal for noisy kids as the floors are wooden but good TV reception and choice, keeps them quiet while inside

I stayed in the 'Sand' motel room. Beautiful, airy studio room. Very well equipped kitchen. Pretty furnishings, and clean. Hosts friendly and welcoming. Teen boys stayed in a boatshed cabin. Cosy, but not cramped. Love the Eco philosophy of the hosts. Look forward to staying at Leigh Central again. We visited Mathiesons Bay, Pakiri beach, Goat island and Omaha beach, all within a short drive. Special part of NZ.
