Meh. Shop has never really appealed to me. Lots of staff, but i never see any being helpful towards customers. I never see staff smile or look happy. It is not a shop I enjoy going to, but they usually have what I need if I look long enough for it.
A good selection of building materials, they had everything I wanted, BUT the sales assistant in electrical was next to useless when I asked her a question. Shame really.
Love this place at the moment getting ideas and colours for the house inside and out, then a coffee and cake. Nice.
The photo is a misnomer. Whilst there's a cafe on site that's a separate entity within the establishment. Mitre 10 itself gets a 12 out of 10. The cafe is ok but a bit expensive. 7 out of 10.
Found the store very hard to find what we wanted. Not very tidy and cold. Prefer Palmy mega store.
Big new shop, stock increasing all the time. Plenty of staff, all helpful and obliging. Garden department has improved hugely, coffee shop, up and running. Deffinately worth a visit, look out for directional signage, getting to it is a bit tricky at first. Once you are there, you will spend an hour or two easily. Enjoy.
Beautiful new store, fabulous food in the cafe, most of the staff are very nice but some of the younger staff need some customer service training.
