A great improvement. Love how they have repurposed and renovated the older buildings the new site occupies as opposed to the big square precast boxes you'd expect from a new big box hardware store.

This is a mega shop has anything in hardware building, plumbing etc. It also has a nice garden centre and a very nice cafe.
Tool store is great the staff there are knowledgeable and quick to assist without being all over you.
I Love the new store just a pity it's closed on a Sunday
What a difference to the old shop. Closer for us in Otaki. Will be going to use the one from now on . Layout and product range couldn't be better
Staff are friendly enough. Range seems ok. Needs some sort of music in the store, its silent and odd. Feels airy and unwelcoming.
