Don't hold much stock 4 different options but can order in just takes a few days 10 / 10 for staff gave me a wicked discount that Harvey Norman couldn't do n then carried to my car 4 me keep up the great customer service because of this excellent shopping experience I go back n telling whanau to check them out

Bought a phone on my way through Levin as I had broken the screen on my old one. They sold me the phone, which comes with a sim. I got home and discovered they had forgotten to give me the sim. A few days later they texted me to say an item was ready to be picked up. I guessed what it was but the text did not say what it was. There was no call to apologise and tell me they still had the sim. I replied to the text and asked what the item was. No reply. The text was meaningless. It didn't state the basics: There's a sim card we forgot to give up, and it's here in store. So eventually I gave up waiting for a reply, and went to my local store in Upper Hutt with the invoice number. Oh, no sims in stock. Awful communication and not ideal service from the Levin store.

Had everything i wanted but i will check prices elsewhere like most people. Craig was very helpful and knew more than enough about the items i was looking into.
