Went book shopping for my daughter today. Hubby walked up to one of the staff members of The warehouse stationary Levin asking for help, the lady takes one look at him like he wasn't there & completely ignores him & walks off, really not impressed with how she treated my husband, Don't think I'll shop in their department if that's how the staff treat customers.

Absolutely disgusting customer service by their online team. Was mucked around for a month before being told my order had been escalated to their complaints department - 4 months down the track still not a word. Sick of it and will never be buying another high priced item from them again.

Worst customer service out, went there twice in 1 day to print photos, ask staff questions & they have no interest in helping instead they talk as though your dumb!!! If they actually took the time they would realize i'd already tried those things they suggested & it wouldnt work, due to their unhelpfulness my photos are now sitting in Auckland waiting to be posted as I ended up using their app which apparently is a completely different place. Couldnt help but notice the staffs attitude towards each other also....absolute disgrace on a better note Im glad I was there to help the elderly lady next to me
