We chose Hallmark Homes to build our new house on our rural property. We had never built a house before so we were nervous about the process. The staff at Hallmark were completely professional, always available to help us, and made it as stress free as possible for us. We are so happy with our new home and cannot recommend Hallmark enough!

We approached Hallmark to assist with building our dream home. This also being our first home, we were very new to the process and what was involved and Hallmark made this so effortless for us. They were in constant communication via email, calls and face to face meetings throughout the entire build so we always knew at what stage things were at and what was scheduled next. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making any hasty decisions also offering up their perspectives on certain choices which made things so much easier. If you’re ever looking at building a home we would hands down recommend Hallmark. You will not be disappointed with the wealth of knowledge, professionalism and workmanship overall.

Very impressive show home at Te Wharaki, Lincoln. Really worth going to see with great indoor outdoor flow. Best feature for me was the master bedroom walk in wardrobe - really great.
