Been here twice to get blood taken. 1st time was a Saturday and had a great experience, the lady was amazing. I vowed to always go there from kow on. Fast forward to the other week. I got blood taken again, the woman asked me to turn away (I'm not sure how me looking at the needle effects her job). She was VERY rough. No conversation at all, absolutely no bed side manor. My arm 2 days later was black and blue, I looked like a drug addict! I'll drive the extra 3km to St Georges from now on
