Great fun, an awesome experience for almost all ages. The waves added to the fun even though some of the park was closed. Perhaps a few too many people / tickets sold in our session, it was hard to know if it would have been less packed if it were all open. Still a very enjoyable activity

The first half hour of the session was only so they could hand out life jackets and tell you the rules. They do say that on their website, but not in the confirmation email, but when you buy an activity for a time period you expect to be able to do it for that time. Particularly in this case as that’s implied in the use of the word ‘session’. They got us off five minutes early without warning. In total therefore we were on it 35 minutes less than expected. Instead they could have sold me the correct session time (in my case that would have been 1pm to 2.55pm) and told me to turn up early for that purpose. I went with my young daughter and there was a lot of people having races and playing tag around the water park. They seemed to think that that gave them permission to push past you. These sort of games should be against the rules. They did not lay out any rules about treating others with respect. It is also not explained that I know of prior to booking that children under 10 cannot go on one of the two towers. All in all it was still a pretty cool experience, however when your expectations aren’t met you’re going to feel disappointed.

30 minutes waiting for the life jackets and the slides was totally dry and hot so you get scratches and burns some areas in your body... The rest was fine!
