During a recent roof replacement, the sky dish had to be moved and the reception was broken. I contacted Aerial Master and they were excellent. They responded to my initial contact quickly; they were available within 24 hours to do the work; the person on site, Chris, provided excellent information and advice after he had checked out the dish; and remedial work was carried out with no delays. At all times in the process, Aerial Master was professional, communicated well and provided an excellent service and great advice.

Super friendly service
I purchased Freeview to replace Sky. Service was awesome. Came the next day after I called. Technician knew his stuff and put the aerial up and also put it thru the dish on the roof to get better reception. I had rung another company and was told that couldn't be done and that I also needed to buy a tv with freeview in it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys.
Great service. Helped me tune a new freeview satellite TV to an existing sky dish over the phone. Very helpful and knowledgable.
Had a very excellent service from the tech who came out to look at my Panasonic 4k tv, the problem was a NO SERVICE message comes up intermittent. Removed a old aerial from the roof, leaving the uhf. On resetting the tv ,seems to fix . We had interference with signal. The tech was very interested in the problem. And we learned
Installed a UHF aerial, ditched SKY multi room and split Freeview to other rooms. Great service! Friendly, courteous, efficient and respectful! Thank you very much Barry and Joel!
It was advertised as a Company providing a 24 hour service and we did not get a response to our phone message left on Saturday afternoon until Monday morning. By that time we had purchased a new Television.
