I rang mid week to enquire about chainsaw repair ad chain had come off and needed shaping. I was advised under 50 and could take a while as they've got a large workload. Drop it off Saturday, person advised might be able to do it between jobs, but if done, would call. Sure enough before closing all done and half the price. Outstanding customer service and good value for money. I'm very picky about where I ship and if I have bad customer service I'm one not to return but will be going back again and again. I'd highly recommend these guys

I bought a Weedeater from them new. Comes with a first free warranty service. I'm sure that falls under the Husqvarna warranty. Anyway, I've dropped it off three times for three days a piece, called in advance too. Everytime, it's not done. The office lady told me after the third time that someone would be in touch. No call. No service. No help.
