I was a skeptic before i started and did not thiink anyone could hypnotise me but i've just had my last session of the virtual gastric band hypnosis. It is incredible and I am amazed already at the difference it's made in the way I feel about food, the size of meals I'm eating, the type of food I want and the way I feel about myself. "Take the weight off your mind first" is the message. I don't weigh myself every week. I know I'm losing weight by my clothes. Thoroughly recommend Andrew.
