Would have given zero stars. Literally can't even do their job of delivering packages. Delivered to the wrong address. Attempted to retrieve but apparently it wasn't in good enough condition to redeliver. Reading these other reviews it sounds as though they have a serious issue. So tried to ask for my package to be reordered on the condition that the company uses another courier. Said it wasn't possible so I said I'd just take the refund, not worth dealing with these guys. Highly recommend people don't use.

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service, completely unhelpful. Don’t even ring you back when they say they will as they have no idea what’s going on with their own delivery drivers. Couriers can’t even deliver to the correct address even when it’s a business address. They have got it wrong every time I’ve had to use them and then try to say they’ve delivered to the right address even though they clearly haven’t. Absolute joke of a business. Will be speaking to all of our suppliers and advise them to switch couriers if they want to keep their customers happy.

Slowest delivery ever. Was assured by the company sending an item to me with Aramex that it would be overnight...ended up taking 5 days and their tracking system does not update when the item is out for delivery. Would definitely not choose to use this company.

I currently have three parcels waiting for collection. I've been waiting for days. I rang today and was promised they would be urgently picked up today. Nope. Still sitting on my doorstep. Never using them again. Would much rather pay a little bit more and get a much better courier service. Will phone again tomorrow and rattle the cage and hopefully get some kind of service for the money I've paid.

My parcel wasn't being delivered for 9 days. I decided to follow up and see what's happening. They said the driver 'didn't have time' on the day to deliver....so he just forgot about it. They followed up with the driver who said the parcel was lost. The sales rep I spoke to said she would follow up with me with an option for a refund or replacement...I heard nothing back...its been over a week now. In the end I got a replacement from the person I bought from. Very poor service and unprofessional! I have never had such experience with a courier before. Stay away! Look at all of their reviews.

Absolutely useless and very likely NZ's worst courier company. Simple delivery from Auckland to urban area Elderslea, UH is on par or worse than receiving international parcels. Your customer service ladies like Kiri is lovely and patient. I can only imagine the strong feedback that they are getting for the letdown from your courier.
