Just wonderful customer service. Fast really good communication from the front office to the owner to the installer. They really went out of their way in their attempts to find a solution for my unusual request re a door closer. Easy to see why they get such good reviews. Highly recommended!

Incredible service from Armstrong - Raille installed a door lock for us a couple of years ago, and it was out of order so we had him pop in to fix and not only was the job done less than 24 hours after we called, but all fixed! Absolutely fantastic service and 100% recommended!

Absolutely brilliant service. Locked myself out of my house at 8pm on a Saturday night. Anita from the 0800 number was friendly and helpful in getting me connected to my local locksmith (Elroy) . He stated he would be at my house in 30mins and he was right on time. Easy process getting the door unlocked and I am now comfy and warm back in my own home. Really rate their team from start to finish. Thank you!

Needed an extra key for our caravan. Sent them a picture and called in when we got to Lower Hutt. It was ready in 5 minutes. Great service.
Amazing service! These guys have literally come to my rescue on every occasion!! once when I lost my car key, a new one was cut the very next day, also when my toddler had locked herself in the car they were onsite immediately to get her out safely without further incident! Also for the work done at our home it has always been carried out to the highest standard. Highly recommended to anyone who is seeking a reputable and professional locksmith.
