My husband and I needed a a new mattress and went into this store to have a look . The staff were super friendly and helpful giving us lots of information on the different options available. We then said we would have a look around before we decided - which was not a problem . We went back to the store the next day to purchase the bed and the staff were fantastic . They certainly went above and beyond and I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for a new bed.
My husband and I shopped around looking for the right bed and we found the right person to sell a bed to us. Allan Griffin was the most friendly, knowledgeable and by far the most helpful sales assistant we have experienced. We are are receiving our new bed tomorrow and I know without a doubt it will be just what we've been looking for. Thanks again Allan.
Allan was a fantastic help & gave us assistance with understanding and comparing beds & ultimately making an informed purchase. Went to the Lower Hutt Store, had a chat to Gavin about the 'ins and outs' of ensuring I get the best mattress for my body type and how I sleep (I'm a big lad who sleeps on his side). The whole experience was great, fast sale, great advice, a few laughs. Awesome experience. Five stars.
All the staff were super helpful. They were knowledgeable and really keen to help find the right bed, not the most expensive bed. Definitely worth going to for expert advice.

Wow, what a fantastic place to buy a bed. Allan knows beds. He gave expert advice and guidance so that we walked away with the correct bed for us. I recommend BedsRus Lower Hutt. They breathe beds. New Zealand made, you couldn't ask for anything better. So pleased with our purchase. Cant wait to sleep easier. :)
