On this day my flip key blade broke off in the ignition I managed to get it out and restart the car. I made my way to these guys in Lower Hutt not knowing what to expect. I was also worried I may not be able to afford the new key one week before Christmas. Keith was very patient he explained the different prices and options before I accepted. I was pleasantly surprised with key price, job cost and time. After determining my car make model and year in the system Keith helped with a new case cause mine had the buttons pushed through and I could reuse the blade along with the chip. Wow! my flip key was remodeled and working in 30mins and it was Affordable! I realised my job related to my key and I had assumed the worst price scenario after listening to others. Go here they'll look after you like they did me. To Keith the tall young man at the front desk on that day thank you for explaining the process I feel like a pro now. On Christmas Day we said Cheers! Danny and the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with! Friendly, professional and efficient, they managed to turnaround my request for a new key fob within a matter of hours and were even able to provide tips and advice about my car's locking system. I booked a service and was onsite waiting for the locksmith (In person and with my credit card as was instructed) 40 mins later and no-one had arrived. When I called to find out what happened and was treated rudely with no reason of a no show and no apology. They may me feel I was in the wrong and in fact all my interactions with Kevin and Kaye was rude and defensive. Needless to say I found a professional company that was a pleasure to deal with.
