I ordered the red velvet 3-tier cake with white chocolate filling for my wedding from Tom and his team and it was amazing. Not only did it impress in the looks but also in the taste. Had a 3-tier cake for our wedding, with chocolate and banana cake. Both were very delicious, dense, and moist, but the banana cake was by far the best I've ever had. There was also a surprise custard in between the layers which complemented the banana cake really well. Excellent work Tom!

I ordered a two tier plus three separate wedding cake configuration, which I had gifted to my sister and husband on their wedding day. The cake turned out so beautifully. I had also only given Tom a few weeks notice and he accommodated accordingly. I am glad I found his website when I did. Thank you Tom. Hope I find a new reason to order from you again.
Tom made my wedding cake. It was beautiful and exactly what I like the design etc. Delicious as well. I highly recommended his cake is the best. Love the foutain also the tapa cloth stands of the cake. Thank you so much for making my day beautiful️. Will definitely come back to you Tom
We have had many successful cakes from Brinkel's Cake Art. One of which was our wedding cake in February 2020. We started the process with the most divine cake tasting, which included cakes, fillings, chocolates and tea! Tom made the process so incredibly easy and the cake on the day received so many wonderful comments. We went a little out of the box, asking for a traditional looking cake on one side but then including a night sky / southern light for the main part. Despite this request Tom and his team pulled this off and we were blown away when we saw the cake on the day. Tom also made individual chocolates as part of the favors for our guests. Highly recommend for wedding cakes, birthdays, any occasion really :)
