An excellent party store that everything you need to create a memorable birthday. Or little guy wanted a Minion themed birthday party, but couldn't find anything minion related. Not only did this place had the balloons and toppings in stock, but also gave great suggestions for the birthday cake. This place might be a little pricy, but certainly more than make that up on quality of the products, attention to detail and brilliant service. I certainly recommend them to our friends.

Great service! I ordered online, got a phone call the next day saying something was out of stock, but she suggested a replacement item. I said no problem at all. She said it would be sent on a certain date and it was. Arrived less than a week later everything there, and they all look great! So handy having a party supply shop where you can order by theme etc. So cool! Thanks for the great service and awesome products.

Too expensive and Pathetic service. Moreover they haven't marked any price on some products(Specially expensive one). I bought few items yesterday from which I bought one item by mistake and didn't want it. I went back to check out counter within a minute and the check out operator refused to give the refund. Instead they offered me 30 store credit...Seriously guys? You should look into your Refund policy as this is the first store I have seen where they can't refund into Card. Where your items are expensive, why would anyone want to come back to your store after this type of service and price. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Good product, but such disappointing and sloppy service. Phoned to confirm my order for pick up multiple times, as we had a tight timeframe between the store opening and our party starting. On the day, they forgot the order so we had to wait while they quickly made it up. Then got home to realise that they hadn't put anything together properly and they never packed some of the stuff that we paid for. Rang to complain, to be told that the manager will call in a few days to explain everything. Of course the manager never rang. Response to owner: the reason the payment came through after hours was because you didn't provide a method to pay. I emailed you straight after you invoiced me requesting for a way to pay and you never responded. I had to phone twice to sort out how to pay, and paid once your team sorted this out. The team confirmed three times that the order would be ready for a specific time, and they forgot it on the day and then didn't include all the weights.
Brought supplies for my birthday, all the paper fans tape is old and deteriorated, won’t stick, the glue on the inside of fans has deteriorated due to age so doesn’t fan. They responded to my complaint by telling me to use paper lips
Excellent service! Everything arrived way before the event which gives you peace of mind! Communication with the seller was fantastic! Highly recommended!
