Don't recommend. The manager Anna was scary to deal with. Made me feel like I had to join or she would yell at me. Her staff looked petrified of her and noticeably avoiding her. Started caci and found lots of hidden stuff they don't tell you till after you sign the paper. I have since left due to all the hidden secrets. I have asked for a break down of my refund and I feel like it doesn't add up. Now going to the citizens advice . I am now at a nice place that's nicer to deal with, dont make me feel presured, EXPLAINS EVERYTHING and a little bit cheaper.

Excellent and professional service. I have been going to Caci for laser hair removal and have never had a bad experience. While their laser hair removal might seem pricey you get a guaranteed 5 extra sessions if more than the initial 8 are required. Highly recommend.
