Very happy? experience, even though I had to have my tooth pulled!! I was referred from the Petone Practice by Melissa. Josh was kind and caring and explained the process. My tooth was out so quickly, even though it was completely broken in two. Very professional and accommodating service. Highly recommended and at a reasonable cost.

My husband and I have recently undertaken quite extensive dental work -here at Ropata Dental Centre - we have been so impressed with the level of customer service and care we have received and continue to receive. I sent a query through their website, Glecy the Front Office Admin contacted me immediately - and we have, since that moment, received exceptional care and guidance. I have had an extreme fear of Dentists for quite some time - Dentist Joshua Torres was absolutely brilliant - he put me at ease from the moment we met. My husband and I would "highly" recommend Ropata Dental Centre for anyone that has not had good experiences in the past. Thank you Ropata DC - a special thanks to Glecy and Joshua Torres - for helping us, and also helping to arrange an affordable payment plan. After over a decade of living with horrible teeth and a lot of pain - I truly never thought it was possible for me to have my teeth repaired.

The lady dentist made my needle fearing daughter feel more at ease so she could get a filling. The dentist talked her gently through it all. Fantastic. I also get helpful advice each tend I get a check up on techniques for maintaining dental hygiene.

I am not reviewing for dentist but i review it for my grandma money refund. Ao we request dor refund and the lady in front office said it has to be online request. I send online requesr on 16 dec and until now 23rd december the money havent been refunded. The lady reply my email after 2 days said she forward to the manager and then havent really heard back until now. Christmas is coming soon. My grandma needs her money to be refunded but this is such a disapointing!!! My grandma lucky that i understand email what if she have to do it herself she dont understand to email people. Please make yiur refund easier and not take so long and we are looking forward to get our money back! The worst refund service ever. Maybe better to go another dentist. Rather than get worst service.

Very friendly. They made me feel so at ease and I was comforted by their professionalism and also good character. I had gone to other dentists before I found Ropata and they took so long making more appointments but Ropata was just straight to the point and did the job well. Also the process of extracting a tooth was explained very detailedly and in a way that I can understand. Highly recommend!!

The staff and my dentist in particular are friendly, helpful and super willing to discuss treatment options as well as any particular concerns for more complicated procedures such as wisdom teeth removal. What I appreciate the most is that for returning patients, this dental centre asks your preferred form of communication, whether it's by email, text or phone call. When you're scheduled for a regular check up, instead of reminding you to call and make an appointment, they schedule one for you, alerting you via text, email or phone. If the time doesn't suit, an email works just as well for rescheduling as a phone call.

Capital Dental Ropata is a wonderful Dental Clinic. Mariam is superb, professional, caring and explains everything so well with patience. I recommend this place to anyone seeking a dentist in the Wellington region. Truly awesome!
