Avoid these jokers. Went in to store following advice from their Auckland clearance branch staff to arrange freight. The lady in store seemed happy to proceed and told me the total cost including freight and reminded me that the consignment would arrive at the store. All seemed well until she started to work out the cost price. After a conversation with a superior she backed down on the offer and said she could only do it at double the price. Complete waste of time.

I've always had really good customer service with Carpet Court over the years, but it seems as if things have changed. Just seems weird that on the weekends, when most of us are working on our home repairs, it is difficult to get any information on the products you would like to see. I had been calling since 10:00 AM when they open and no one answered until 10:15 either. Then to be told to call someone at home and that I couldn't get the product information until Monday. Just seems odd. Rude person answered the phone and didn't really care. Front line people are the representatives of the company and in my opinion, even if they don't care, they need to pretend to care. Bye-Bye!

Thank you Scott for an incredibly poor customer service at the Lower Hutt store today. The wait itself was not a problem but letting your prospective customer know 25 min later that you can't help them today is not good form. From your biggest to smallest clients- our time is all precious! I say thank you because it has definitely made it easier not to choose Carpet Court for our future carpeting needs.
