Michael from Cartridge World Lower Hutt is an absolute legend! I have recently had surgery on my foot & was having trouble organising to pick up a cartridge. Michael dropped it off to my house on his way home from work....& I live in the opposite direction! Now THATS what i call Customer Service!!
The online information noted that the brother pack for lc67 was around 80. The sales person didn't even listen to what I was asking just went a head and pushed what he wanted to sell. their company cartridges. Gosh if you have the brands your customer wants give to them its their money not yours. In the end I'm waiting to see if they are a good bargain. As some cartridge world printer ink replacement things don't work in some Brother printers. 117 later still did not get what I wanted.
