The entire experience with Crown has been fantastic. They were through with estimating our items to move, and went above and beyond by checking if the dimensions of the elevator and loading bay will cause any issues. During the move the two guys were professional, super fast, and made the move so much less stressful. We were quoted 4 hours (6 max) for the entrie move out of a 2bdrm apartment, including disassembling furntiure, packing large items and moving boxes, but everything was done within 3 hours. Got a call during the move from Crown checking in making sure everything was OK. Made the process so easy and would highly recommend their services again.

Pickup guys were great. Arrived early which suited us.
Items yet to be delivered. Now told it will take over three weeks for our household items to be relocated (central Otago to Wellington). Poor communication about delivery time. Would have looked at other options if they had been more upfront about delivery timeframes at the start.
We have contacted for to get a quote and it has been two work days still no communication! I called them twice, they said they are working on it and they said they will cal, still nothing came back! How can be that difficult to prepare a quote? Extremely unprofessional from the beginning, I can't imagine rest of the work.
A team of two from Crown work professionally, with care and at an awesome pace to package up our large 5 bedroom house to go into storage. The entire Crown team were very responsive from removal quote to storage and would certainly recommend them - not the cheapest but certainly outstanding value.
My experience with Crown Relocations was a great one! They stepped in to help me after another moving company let me down. At a really difficult time they stepped in for me (with one days notice) to organise the pick up of my house lot and shipped it off to Dunedin. The staff were friendly and had a great can-do, fun attitude at a really stressful time. Would highly recommend.
