We had a not so good experience with our garage door. Tried contacting the company that installed it less than 15 years ago. They were so bad, when they called around they were not very helpful. Called Dominator, left a message after the lovely call back message. Lynette called me back, lovely lady and knows her job. In within a few days Rob called around did what he needed to do. We didn't do any paper work it was all done for us through our insurance company. We have a brand new door. We had a garage door from a competitor which was unsafe and bad quality, ending up with the door buckling when obstructed. Rob came up and sorted us with a stunning new quality system. The install and communication with the office was great, if you want a quality product and friendly service go straight to Dominator.
