We are very pleased with our spa and are truly enjoying soaking in it. It is well built and the support from the team at Lower Hutt has been marvelous. Julie has really looked after us and been very patient explaining the benefits, models, and the different features. I had a very reluctant wife to convince! Julie bent backwards to help get our spa in when we needed it, and also with the after sales support. Nothing was too difficult. A spa looks like another spa until you actually compare the quality of the materials like the shell and outlets/jets/pumps, the number of pumps, the efficiency, and the size of the heaters used to optimise and minimise your power bill. We are pleased we chose a Hot Spring spa.

Great when they came to sell it, but issues with rotting timber on exterior cover walls after 5 years and they ducked for cover. Found every excuse to not blame their product, when that timber is untreated. Offered to fix at a discount but never heard back when i agreed to it.. 5 months has gone by. Wouldn't buy one again. I've just paid your bill for the site visit to tell me its not your fault too.

Had our Waiheke delivered two weeks ago... loving the spa. Just as good as the spa is the service we've had from both Julie in the shop and Jeremy who installed it. Would highly recommend if you are buying a spa that you go everywhere else first and then go to Hot Spring Spas and see how it's really done because they are second to none.

I was looking at spa pools and went to the opposition and didn’t like their attitude and came here as I had heard great things about Hot Spring Spas and it was the right decision. I have had a great experience with Julie & Jeremy and I have been telling all my friends and am very happy with the service and looking forward to our continued relationship. Loving the spa.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish for our spa. Julie was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. From visiting our place to help us decide the right spa, Julie was proactive. We had a great installation crew. Thanks Julie and Hotsprings. We had our spa ahead by one month and love it ! :)
