I specifically chose this place based on the positive feedback I had read online. I was expecting really great customer service, as per the website, but received a somewhat cold welcome when I dropped my car off for a service. I paid for a silver service which involved a car wash. The car came back unwashed with just some shine on the tires. They had also scraped my old service sticker off the windscreen and left a mess inside the car from it. Its the little things that count for me, and this just didn't hit the mark.

Dropped in with what I thought was a major expensive problem without an appointment and Paul had a quick look found it was just a dry fan belt, put a bit of lube on, didn't even charge me. Great service from honest people who know what they're doing. Thanks again.
This business simply goes the extra mile. Broke down called the boss who sent out one of the team to fix the problem on the roadside. Brilliant service RECOMMEND to all this great business.

After "another" garage tried gouging me for hundreds of dollars to change a simple sensor, Paul and team were highly recommended by several of my colleagues as trustworthy. They communicate really well and check with you on work they think is only necessary. They even allowed me to pick the car up after hours when I couldn't get back on time. Prices were very reasonable and service was top notch. Very happy customer here, my turn to highly recommend these folks!
