Not too crowded. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Savanna directed us to Cds which we wanted and it was a great experience . I loved the Vinyl section and hopefully come back again with a list. Really like games and Vinyls. Very good collections. Thanks team. Aloha

A dinky little store, if you need something tech related they either have it or will order it for you. Generally nice staff who don't usually try to bother you when you shop. A perfectly fine tech store.
Went there looking for a laptop. Had amazing customer service from a delightful person named Georgie who helped me right through the process and I ended up happily spending many thousands of as a result. The products were great and Georgie made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommended, I will be back.
Staff were helpful and suggested an alternative supplier as they did not stock what I needed. Great service.

I'd love to give a shout-out to the security guard on the door of JB Hi-Fi. Every time I come to the store, and leave, he always greets me with a smile and welcome, and a goodbye and a thank you. He really makes an effort and I hope he's been recognised for this :)
Heaps of variety at good prices & the staff are helpful as well - not pestering!!
Plenty Vinyl Record stock. Some not so cheap. Great electrical goods stock. Good DVD selection if thats your wont. Worth a visit.
