Ordered via the app on 23/3 for delivery and when order arrived it was cold as delivery person had been to 4 other deliveries before mine. I called KFC Lower Hutt to advise them of this and they arranged for a new hot delivery. Very impressed with the service given from KFC Lower Hutt. The guy I spoke to was very polite and arranged a fresh order to be delivered. Was much appreciated.

Dirty bird for the post-kid's sports win, conveniently placed for the drive home. Good sized meal for reasonable price. Friendly staff.

For a restaurant that has around130,000 residents from the Lower Hutt area descending on it everyday, the service is great and the food is hot and fresh. Would recommend this place. Thank You Lower Hutt KFC
KFC Lower Hutt is upgraded and much more nicer, but Drive through very slow and only 3 cars

Food could be packed better. The chick who served me was very lovely. I'd give the food a 5/10 because the tower zinger burger was bomb. Chips were cold & not packed to the top. I always have to count the chicken because in the past we have had a few chicken less.
